Since joining our firm as a business litigation and construction law attorney, Mickell has helped her clients achieve a variety of favorable results:

  • successfully resolving disputes without litigation, including negotiating favorable settlements and guiding cases through mediation and arbitration;
  • advising business owners and contractors about how to protect their business by creating favorable business contracts and optimal business structures;
  • guiding clients through the litigation process, including experience as a trial attorney; and
  • presenting successful administrative cases before the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.

Mickell’s practice also encompasses employment law, including federal wage-and-hour matters and employee/independent contractor classification disputes.

Prior to law school, Mickell worked as communications director for a local branch of the National Association of Realtors, where she managed public relations, oversaw communications between the Association and Realtor members, and cultivated media relationships.

Before joining our firm, Mickell served as a law clerk at the Arizona Court of Appeals, first for the Honorable Michael J. Brown and then for Chief Judge Peter B. Swann.

Outside of the office, Mickell’s interests include bean-to-bar chocolate, golf, and spending time with her husband and sons.
