Brian Pouderoyen

A business litigation and construction law attorney, Brian has gained important experience assisting his clients with all stages of a business:

  • forming LLCs and other business entities and creating tailored operating agreements for the company’s members;
  • drafting and reviewing construction contracts for owners, general contractors, and subcontractors on projects of all sizes;
  • helping clients obtain a just and beneficial result in a variety of legal disputes, including breach of contract claims, Prompt Pay claims, mechanics’ lien foreclosures, consumer fraud claims, and internal business disputes; and
  • guiding clients through the sale or dissolution of their company.

Brian graduated cum laude from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. During law school, he earned valuable leadership experience after being voted the Editor-in-Chief of the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. As an undergraduate, he received a scholarship to attend ASU’s field school in the Ecuadorian Amazon.

Outside of work, Brian happily keeps busy with his wife and two children. Before his legal career, Brian had a burgeoning career as a cheesemonger, and his passion for cheese persists.
