Litigation attorney Andrew Wenker is a member of the Scottsdale Bar Association board of directors and was a Willard H. Pedrick Scholar at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.

Andrew Wenker focuses his practice on construction disputes, workplace safety regulation, and contractor licensing, successfully defending and prosecuting multiple administrative hearings before the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. He also has a solid track record of recoveries for contractors in mechanics’ lien foreclosures and other payment disputes.

Andrew’s law school achievements included earning CALI awards for receiving the highest grade in Business Organizations, Non-Amateur Sports Law, and Water Law. He also served as an editor on the Law Journal for Social Justice and gained further experience working at various law firms while earning his degree.
