Bill Klain is the head of Lang & Klain's litigation group, representing businesses in commercial, business tort and fraud litigation. Deeply involved in the Phoenix legal community, Bill is a past chair of the State Bar of Arizona Committee on Civil Practice and Procedure, a past president of the Scottsdale Bar Association, and the State Bar's representative to the Arizona Judicial Council's Committee on Superior Court.
