David Turnbull

Before joining Lang & Klain in 2017, litigation attorney David Turnbull served as a law clerk to Arizona Court of Appeals Judge Kenton D. Jones.

Prior to law school, he earned his bachelorís degree at Dartmouth College, where he played on the two-time Ivy League champion varsity baseball team and was a member of the 2012 national champion rugby squad. David qualified for the Athletic Director's Honor Roll seven times and directed Dartmouthís largest student-athlete volunteer organization.

David received his law degree from the Sandra Day OíConnor College of Law at Arizona State University. During his distinguished law school tenure, David was a Willard H. Pedrick Scholar, received a CALI Award in Public Health Law and the law schoolís highest pro bono distinction, and served on the executive board of Jurimetrics, the nationís oldest journal of law, science, and technology. David also mediated cases for the Maricopa County justice courts as part of the Lodestar Mediation Clinic and externed for the Arizona Attorney Generalís Education and Health Section.
